Job Description
- Administrates social media marketing and advertising.
- Oversees communications, public relations and promotional activities selected to support the brand and marketing strategy, this includes design, production and distribution of print materials such as brochures, ads and direct response for Katameya Real estate marketing position.
- Will be working closely with CEO and Agents to ensure promotional needs are all covered.
- Ability to liaise and negotiate with both internal and external clients.
- Mainly working from Katameya Heights compound, with a focus on rental clients.
- Working as an intermediary between buyers, sellers, renters.
- Will ensure clients are being properly communicated and leads addressed.
- Dealing with HR departments at Multinational companies, Embassies, etc.
Job Requirements
- Must have a car
- Fluent in English, Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- High competence in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Ability to think strategically and execute practical solutions as well as accomplish day-to-day needs.
- High level of self-motivation and initiative, in addition to high level of enthusiasm and positivity.
- Trustworthy and presentable
