About the Job
  • Responsible for driving business results by supporting strategic initiatives, influencing the return on associate investment through compensation and benefit strategies that accomplish the desired behavioral and performance outcomes.
  • Provide business partnership and internal consulting on all total rewards issues, including market trends, competitive data, and applicable laws / regulations.
  • Preparation and execution of compensation program administration including: annual salary adjustment process, incentive programs, salary surveys, equity programs such as profits and retention and competitive market positioning.
  • Support Recruiting on new hire offer packages.
  • Develop new programs and assure programs are maintained consistently. Focus on strategic compensation and benefit development and provide detailed recommendations for implementation of new programs or the modifications of existing programs.
  • Lead and collaborate in the design, implementation and administration of compensation programs including salary administration, incentives and incentive plan formats, geographic differentials and other variable compensation pay programs.
  • Direct the strategic development and application of techniques, job descriptions, job evaluations, and market pricing.
  • Manage communication regarding compensation and benefit plans and policies to ensure the biggest return and to educate the associate population about both the content and the value of the programs being provided.
  • Determine appropriate levels of annual benefit premiums based on costs, funding and organizational philosophy. Look for ways to increase benefit offerings while maintaining costs for both the organization and the employee.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations which control or impact compensation and benefit plans and policies.
  • Participate in Labor and Employee Relations issues, and policy development including negotiations and the collaborative process as it relates to compensation and benefit objectives.
  • Participate in the development of programs and schemes as a strategic partner that supports the organization's mission and vision objectives.
  • Lead and collaborate in the development of the Group annual departmental budget, monitor budget and identify budget discrepancies. Research cause and make recommendations.
  • Work with finance partners to monitor claim trends and impacts to business segments at the department level. Work with actuarial partners to understand and project health-care and stop-loss spending.
  • Generate monthly reports related to the salaries and benefits.
  • Participate in special projects that is related to the HR and the strategies of the businesses in Cairo Three A.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years experience and minimum of 5 years of Compensation and Benefits experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong experience in manufacturing/FMCG is required.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to strategically solve problems required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective consultative skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Human Resources strongly preferred
