This is a work-from-home position. HC is an online Group Vlogging Platform with a main Youtube channel and offshoot social media channels on Facebook, Instagram and more.

We are looking for someone skilled in online media marketing who is self disciplined and deadline driven. You need to have a background in Social Media Marketing. The job starts right away. Great team, awesome project, clear career advancement path and a way to do all your work from home if you have a good internet connection. If you are interested in applying and have the experience in Social Media and SEO and YouTube specifically as a platform, expect to be asked to give a sample marketing plan as part of the assessment process.

This is a full time position but you are free to be creative on how you divide the work hours throughout your day. It is project based for now, but is expected to provide you with steady work for the next 12 months with opportunity for more work coming your way, if you prove yourself.

Responsibilities

• Manage and moderate the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels
• Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content.
• Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success (e.g. Twitter chats, LinkedIn discussions, Facebook comments, etc.).
• Work alongside other marketers and content marketers to help distribute content that educates and entertains our audience and supports marketing goals.
• Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence.
• Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target audience.
• Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI.
