- Pre and Post Sales Technical Support.
- Continuously being up to date about the company products in scope.
- Continuously studying competitive products and building battle cards.
- Technical qualification of Customer requirements.
- Transforming Customer qualified requirements to registered product details.
- Being Customer centric, focusing on effective , timely troubleshooting of operational incidents, keeping Customer always updated.
- Always seeking first call resolution.
- Effective technical cooperation with solution’s vendor.
Job Requirements
- Solid theoretical (including certifications) and hands on experience in:
- Sophos and Fortinet products portfolio.
- Competitive Security solutions.
- Ethical hacking.
- Exploits and vulnerabilities penetration Testing.
- SIEM and DLP Solutions.
- Next Generation Firewalls Solutions.
- Permissions and Access Management PAM.
- Identity Management Solutions.
- Solid theoretical (including certifications) and hands on experience in Network design, operations.
- Microsoft Windows Servers setup and administration.
- Core Microsoft products setup and administration.
- Setup and administration of Linux OS is a plus.
- Shell scripting programming languages is a plus.
- Fair knowledge and hands on with Unix is a plus.
- Familiar with remote support management tools.
- Excellent usage of MS standard office products (including MS Project, Visio).
- Fluent English language, written and spoken.
- Effective collaboration with team members.
