Job Description
We are seeking a creative, forward-thinking, and organized social media specialist to join our growing team . You must be able to create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms as well as act quickly and gracefully
Duties:
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Create reporting and analytics for social media performance
- Allocate budgets and strategies for our applications Promotional Campaigns
- Plan and manage editorial content calendars
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Create and Implement Advertising plans for our applications on Social Media Platforms
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI
Job Requirements
- 2 - 4 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist
- Proven experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
- Experience in creating paid ads on different social media channels (facebook, google, Instagram, youtube.....etc).
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
- Good Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Excellent skills in Copywriting
- Aware of designing programs like Photoshop
- Experience with audience and buyer persona research
