Job Description

  • Manage, mentor and motivate the team
  • Building Travel packages from scratch.
  • Research the global touristic destinations.
  • Provide advice on various travel destinations.
  • Monitor market changes and trends for local and international tourists.
  • Provide information on Group trips, and communication with the entities that will provide these services for travelers.
  • Provide management with details of FIT packages that can be organized anywhere in the world, which include full itineraries and duration of the trip.
  • Find the best hotels and resorts in terms of location and evaluation of guests bearing in mind that the hotel costs are appropriate.
  • Determining travel routes between cities in every touristic destination or tourism program, whether by air, sea or rail.
  • Provide information on transportation routes between stations or airports to the hotel is required.
  • Offers counseling and advice by the proposed profit for each program according to the prices offered in the competition web sites.
  • Follow up on the progress of the program by ensuring efficient Thread required to avoid any errors that might hinder the program path.
  • Preparation work for the new tourist destinations reports.
  • Keep an eye on competitors in market and track the market trends.
  • Accountability for team performance, including coaching and development of team members individual performances & taking action as appropriate
  • Lead a weekly department meeting for discussing issues, ideas and new company proposals for the team to take on - Manage and track all relevant follow ups.
  • Monitor and report on budgets, revenue and bookings. Ensure the team are generating incremental revenues from existing clients by up-selling additional opportunities
  • Aid in building a strong internal and external profile for the company.
  • Report out to management in weekly basis department needs and performance.
  • Available 24/7 on mobile.
  • Any other task set by supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Residence in new Cairo City or near
  • University Graduate
  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum 3 to 5 Years of experience
  • Excellent Geographical knowledge
  • Attentive to details
  • Hard worker
  • Excellent communications skills
