Job Description
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Keep records of calls, sales and note useful information about customers’ needs on the reservation.
- Build a rapport with customers and increase sales.
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Achieve cold calling daily and email marketing daily targets.
- Handle grievance to preserve the company’s reputation
- Meet monthly sales goals in accordance with the business development plan.
