Job Description

  • Be able to explain the apps clearly
  • Network pharmacies expansion.
  • Respond to phone, email and chat inquiries from clients
  • Scan new sign ups
  • Conduct customer on-boarding and experience calls
  • Manage incoming orders and flagged cases
  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about service .
  • Follow up the orders with the customers and the pharmacy

Job Requirements

  • Must be a pharmacist.
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • You have strong PC skills and good typing skills.
  • You are organized accurate and professional.
  • Promptness, reliability, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • You can communicate clearly in written and spoken.
