Job Description
- Meeting the production & shipment service levels
- Meeting the quality norms for production
- Developing systems & processes in production
- Meeting production budget in terms of costs
- Ensure adherence to laid down GMP practices
- Getting processes in line to meet benchmarked loss percentages
- Development & coaching production team members
- Deviation analysis & problem solving
- Production planning & scheduling
- Supporting achieving goals laid down by plant & organization
- Ensure safety of all production staff
- Implement cost control programs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Knowledge & minimum 9 years of experience in the Food and/or FMCG industry
- Knowledge of quality systems, safety standards, manpower management, process improvement tools, knowledge of engineering & technology.
- Good computer skills in Microsoft outlook, MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
- Team player & leadership skills
