Job Description

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the CEO and other executives as needed
  • Effectively manage a heavy, complex calendar, travel schedule and all communication related to meetings, conference calls, invitations, event planning, board meetings and interviews, and keep the CEO on time for all obligations throughout the day
  • Serve as administrative liaison with Board of Directors, including scheduling Board meetings and associated logistics
  • Respond to myriad meeting requests that require frequent reprioritization
    Communicate changes and information to other parties courteously and effectively
  • Assist in preparing and managing presentations and proposals
  • Conserve the CEO’s time by reading, researching and routing correspondence effectively
  • Coordinate interdepartmental meetings and communications
  • Assisting with personal tasks, managing finances / expense reports, and running errands
  • Be responsive to emails and phone calls, including correspondence outside of normal business hours
  • Always use discretion, confidentiality and good judgment to handle matters
  • Assist in creation of key relationships list including top accounts and industry contacts
  • Drive regular engagement and strategic communications
  • Balance the development of a professional and polished representation of the CEO and company both internally and externally, while also building an internal experience that is approachable and friendly

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Must have fluent English
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management
  • Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
  • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
  • Impeccable organization and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to build and maintain strong rapport with executives and colleagues
  • Ability to multi task and prioritize daily workload effectively
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word) and G Suite
  • Sound independent judgment and problem solving skills
  • Highly self-motivated and dependable work ethic
  • Ability to work well and maintain composure under pressure
  • Combination of both multinational and large technology company experience is a major plus
