Job Description
- Receive customer calls and provide the requested information.
- To be the main contact person with the call center for projects and aftersales services.
- Contact customers to communicate order updates and delivery time
- Set appointments for the customers in the factory if needed and make sure all arrangement is ready before customer arrival
- Facilitate internal communication with planning finance etc.
- Analyze customer complaints and provide appropriate corrective actions.
- Properly report feedback received from customers if any to the concerned parties inside the organization- Manage Administration Work of the projects sales and aftersales sector
- Make sure that documents cycle is respected and completed
- Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting customer needs in courteous and timely manner.
- Conduct customer surveys about the company’s service so as to obtain feedback
- Prepare documentation and reports on routine customer correspondence for future reference purpose
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in relevant major
- Proven customer support experience (Minimum of 1 years)
- Preferably have at least 1 year of experience in the same field of activity of the company (lighting products, poles, electric panels, cable trays, hot galvanizing)

- Excellent communication and Presentation skills
- Intermediate level of English is sufficien
