Job Description

  • Change request management related to Fawry Plus business.
  • Perform a regression after deploying a new release.
  • Perform user acceptance test (UAT), acceptance and deployments.
  • Production pilot (deployments, monitoring, and acceptance).
  • Production issues management and handling with the support team.
  • Responsible for Fawry plus operation back-end.( stores Account, POS, Super fawry , Cash center
  • Managing Fawry plus branches’ services operations.Highlighting service volumes issues and risks proactively for decision making
  • Handling day to day operational activities and generate a daily statistics basis for Fawry Plus transactions “If required”.
  • Review Fawry applications specs before deploying on the production environment.
  • Interact with client technical staff and operation managers, service engineers and other groups, within service delivery.
  • Troubleshooting system problems.
  • Follow up the cases' status until it's resolved.
  • Testing new applications and confirm their functionalities.
  • Managing all Fawry plus branches’ account (Creating, Updating, and Editing)
