Job Description
- Change request management related to Fawry Plus business.
- Perform a regression after deploying a new release.
- Perform user acceptance test (UAT), acceptance and deployments.
- Production pilot (deployments, monitoring, and acceptance).
- Production issues management and handling with the support team.
- Responsible for Fawry plus operation back-end.( stores Account, POS, Super fawry , Cash center
- Managing Fawry plus branches’ services operations.Highlighting service volumes issues and risks proactively for decision making
- Handling day to day operational activities and generate a daily statistics basis for Fawry Plus transactions “If required”.
- Review Fawry applications specs before deploying on the production environment.
- Interact with client technical staff and operation managers, service engineers and other groups, within service delivery.
- Troubleshooting system problems.
- Follow up the cases' status until it's resolved.
- Testing new applications and confirm their functionalities.
- Managing all Fawry plus branches’ account (Creating, Updating, and Editing)
