Job Description
We are looking for a hardworking Social Media Moderator to attract and interact with diverse social media community users.
The target is to gradually achieve optimum customer engagement and visibility, website traffic and client revenue by professionally utilizing all aspects and tools of the social media marketing plan.
- Social Media Pages Moderation
- Replying to comments, messages and mentions on the different social media platforms - handling 5 - 8 accounts.
- Creating a database for each client with the basic info and FAQs.
- Directing fans to suitable content related to their questions and inquiries.
- Directing potential clients to the call center or registration page.
- Providing fans' questions and inquiry report monthly.
- Scheduling posts on the different social media pages
- Caption Creation
- Writing proper caption on the provided art work. Very good English and Arabic writing skills is a must.
Job Requirements
- Ability to work on switched shifts 24/7.
- Arabic, English and French is an asset.
