Job Description

  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
  • Greet and welcome guests
  • Answer questions and address complaints
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Keep updated records and files
  • Explaining our training programs to new clients face to face or on phone.
  • Explaining the application and the rules of the academy to new clients
  • Making notes about all the remarkable phone calls in a report and attaching it in
  • The daily mail to the training management
  • Giving the registration form to the new clients

Placement test:

  • Attaching the test bubbles sheet to the application
  • Explaining the placement test to the students inside the class
  • Playing the listening for them after an hour
  • Guiding them to the oral test room
  • Saving the tests sheets in a safe place until marking them later
  • Making sure that the result is ready in max 3 days

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
  • Proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Age From 21 To 26
  • DownTown Branch And Nasr City Branch
