Job Description

  • Responsible for handling client’s requests, orders and inquiries through phone, email and online channels
  • Managing & Building clients relationships.
  • Participate in sales and marketing process
  • Following up with customers till their issues has been handled.
  • Resolve customer complaints & problems aiming for customer satisfaction.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle customer and service inquiries.
  • Will be chatting with customers, documenting and handling their requests online.
  • Corresponding with the operations team to make sure of timely fulfillment of users requests
  • Perform other related duties

Job Requirements

  • Must be an energetic self-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Good customer service skills and great enthusiasm for helping customers
  • Good time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi task
