We are hiring a School Admin/Receptionist where the main responsibilities and duties are:
- Keeping records, scheduling meetings, and facilitating communication between teachers, staff, and families.
- Act as the first point of contact for the school: welcoming visitors and responding to telephone and email inquiries in a helpful and constructive mannered ensuring that appropriate actions are taken in a timely manner.
- Manages telephone message system (office hours, inclement weather and other recorded messages).
- Assisting with all admissions related tasks, including preparations for and assistance at Open Mornings.
- Maintaining and updating school information, records and databases.
