Job Description
- Preparing and updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed through the personnel cycle.
- Support in payroll process.
- Proceed & support in recruitment tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- 1-3 Years of experience factory experience (Personnel & Recruitment)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent command of Ms. office tools
- Very good command of English language
