Job Description
- Post job ads on the recruitment channels
- Recruit, select, , and orient employees on the company policies and procedures.
- Managing all of the Recruitment procedures like(Structures, Recruitment plan, Screening, Interviews, hiring procedures).
- Receiving applicants C.Vs &proceed the screening and filing process with daily follow up with them.
- Opening new sources to enrich the database in different positions.
- Review all the recruitment cycle to make sure that all steps were taken in recruitment operation
- Conduct HR interview, document the interviewing results and recommendation
- Assisting in the processing of monthly payrolls.
- Administrating social and health insurance for the entire company’s employees.
Job Requirements
- Working hours: from 2 P.M. to 11 P.M.
- Working hours: from 1 P.M. to 9 P.M. for females only
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or related.
- 3-5 years' experience in HR and Recruitment
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- HR Diploma is a plus.
