Job Description
- Employee orientation, development, and training .
- Maintain the work structure by updating job descriptions and requirements.
- Ensure planning, monitoring and appraisal of employee .
- Assist in organizing the meeting and following up with the developers and the rest of the team .
- Responsible for the recruitment process, which includes posting positions, screening resumes, handling the interviews process, and referring qualified candidate.
- Develop HR Processes & procedures for all HR activities across all the HR sub- functions .
- Conduct position evaluations, job classifications, prepare job descriptions, assess the budgetary impact of compensation decisions and provide oversight of compliance with regulations and labor laws.

- 1+ years of the experience in the same field.
- Highly motivated and willing to learn .
- Proven Recruitment Experience.
- Hard worker, passionate and excellent team player.
- Able to deal with different cultures and personalities .
- Strong knowledge of labor/ social insurance laws, and regulations.
- Very good computer skills.
