Job Description

  • Answering phone calls then direct callers to the right staff.
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff.
  • Maintain and updating social media accounts.
  • Distribute leads to sales teams.
  • Provide all required secretarial work required by the management
  • Handle in and out couriers
  • Oversee the overall appearance of the office, as well as maintain well-equipped supplies.
  • Answers online inquiries and support marketing activities as required
