Job Description
- Analyze building plans to ensure they are accurate and feasible
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to design and implement an efficient system of operation
- Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) application
- Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients
- Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
