Job Description

  • Maintain & troubleshoot PC problems (SW & HW).
  • Install & configure peripherals (Scanners, printers,....).
  • Troubleshoot & maintain network connections.
  • Report to the higher level.
  • Support users in a Microsoft domain environment.
  • Provide phone & remote support.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Computer science or Computer Engineering or equivalent.

Skills:

  • Good knowledge of windows operating system (xp, 7, 8 & 10).
  • Basic knowledge of networking (Cabling & IP addressing).
  • Knowledge of IP Cameras.
  • Knowledge of CCNA & MCSA

Work Environment:

  • Ability to work in dynamic shifts .

  • Work during vacations.

  • Work after work hours if required.

  • Preferred to be a non-smoker.

  • Can travel to work in Sharm El-Sheikh if required.
