Job Description

  • The Customer Service Specialist shall be responsible for all Customer Service requirements.
  • He/she shall report to the Sales Manager.
  • He/she shall maintain a customer database.
  • He/she shall be communicating with customers and following-up with their requirements.
  • He/she shall support the Sales Manager in planning the sales activities.
  • He/she shall support the sales Manager in preparing offers and follow-up with customers.
  • He/she shall attend to major customer related events.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Department, including communication and filing,

Job Requirements

  • Years of Experience: 2+
  • University Degree
  • Customer Service training is a requirement
  • Patience and Perseverance
  • Computer Skills
  • High Proficiency in the English Language
