- The Customer Service Specialist shall be responsible for all Customer Service requirements.
- He/she shall report to the Sales Manager.
- He/she shall maintain a customer database.
- He/she shall be communicating with customers and following-up with their requirements.
- He/she shall support the Sales Manager in planning the sales activities.
- He/she shall support the sales Manager in preparing offers and follow-up with customers.
- He/she shall attend to major customer related events.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Department, including communication and filing,
Job Requirements
- Years of Experience: 2+
- University Degree
- Customer Service training is a requirement
- Patience and Perseverance
- Computer Skills
- High Proficiency in the English Language
