Service Sales Engineer

We are looking for Service Sales Engineer in Cairo, Egypt, to proactively manage customer relationships, opportunities from current and new customers and close deals professionally in a way that maximizes KONE’s order book and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and create customer relationships
• Ensure customer satisfaction and solve customer complaints
• Maintain customer data
• Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders and service contracts to meet the service sales budget and pricing targets
• Validate that the contents of the order received from the customer are in line with the negotiation process outcome, including terms and conditions, quality and safety
• Accountable for hand-over to maintenance engineers with complete and correct information
