Installation Engineer - Elevators

We are looking for Installation Engineer in Cairo, Egypt, to manage and control projects from sales/installation hand-over to completion to handover to client and Maintenance. The candidate will also be in charge of leading and managing the installation team to ensure safe, high quality, complete-on-time delivery of KONE solutions within budget acting as KONE interface to the customer and other stakeholders throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the installation till the delivery of the project using the correct KONE installation methods
• Accountable for site safety
• Participate in the sales/installation hand-over and validate the term of the order received from the customer together with the salesperson
• Maintain project documentation
• Manage site operatives performance and plan for their development and wellbeing
• Determine objectives, plan as well as organize, communicates, controls, and motivate the team
