Job Description
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
- Answer phone calls & mails.
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
- Coordinate and monitor the sales team and produce weekly report for their achievements.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Welcome guests and schedule training courses offered by the company.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Maintain Order office supplies in good standing.
- Book travel arrangements
- Manage data entry for our websites and usual updates
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Job Requirements
- Excellent command of English
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience in WordPress is an asset
