Job Description

  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
  • Answer phone calls & mails.
  • Organize and schedule appointments.
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
  • Coordinate and monitor the sales team and produce weekly report for their achievements.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Welcome guests and schedule training courses offered by the company.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Maintain Order office supplies in good standing.
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Manage data entry for our websites and usual updates
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Job Requirements

  • Excellent command of English
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience in WordPress is an asset
