Job Description
- Direct, review, or approve project design changes.
- Build and update project schedules, Responsible for ensuring completion of activities according to schedule, expedite and coordinate any delayed or potentially delayed activities and maintain regular estimates of the cost-to-completion and time-to-completion for each task.
- Confer with Head of Performance and Quality Improvement to discuss project specifications or procedures.
- Develop or implement policies, standards, and procedures for engineering and technical work.
- Certify invoices submitted by Construction Site Supervisor or Construction Engineer from suppliers and contractors.
- Prepare budgets, bids, or contracts for project completion.
- Assess project feasibility by analyzing technology and resource needs.
- Review, recommend, or approve contracts or cost estimates.
- Check the technical accuracy of their team’s work in construction sites
- Perform periodically visits to all construction sites.
- Determine both internal and external staff needs and provide a recommendation about workers contractor.
- Administer construction and maintenance.
- Plan or direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance and repair of facilities or equipment in any construction sites.
- Ensure that any technical issue has been resolved and conduct maintenance for complex
- Set up an emergency plan and general site facilities for the project, ensuring that these are in line with the health and safety proposal.
- Co-operate with a legal advisor to solve any legal issue and complete legal requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- 7+ years of related experience.
- High degree of knowledge of all aspects of residential building and permitting process.
- Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in Architecture draws.
- Advanced Auto-CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, illustrator and 3D Max.
- Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
