Harmonica Egypt, the leading marriage-making mobile application now a part of 500 Startups, is seeking a full-time Customer Care Agent to join the team behind our promising startup company based in Egypt with the skills below:
Responsibilities:
- Handle user questions and complains through multiple channels.
- Maintain a positive language and Harmonica’s image for users.
- Communicate with empathy and understand the customer query to escalate properly to concerned team.
- Other admin tasks and take bulk actions on accounts.
- Guide customers through the basic troubleshooting of the app/phone.
- Identify issues that need to be escalated to tech team or counseling.
Job Requirements
Required Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively and patiently in Arabic.
- Multitasking several customer queries, such as photo verification and chats at the same time.
- Basic CS knowledge.
- Type Arabic with high accuracy and speed.
- Communicate correctly using standard and spoken Egyptian Arabic.
- Systematic approach in problem solving.
