- Contact between the company and its clients, strengthen the relationships with the existing client and the potential clients.
- Sell/lease new homes and properties to clients.
- Evaluate properties to determine its competitive market price.
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- A perfect basic salary and commission can be increased according to work and efficiency of sales agent.
- You will work 5 days/week having 2 days off.
- 8 working hours from 10 AM to 6 PM including 1 hour for a break.
