Job Description

This post is for an office manager:

  • Our office is a small medical office (3 physicians) but it is a busy please with many customers. The workforce is composed of about 6-9 personnel. These include a call centre, filing office, front desk and ushers.

Manager responsibility will be to manage everything related to the office which includes (and not limited to):

  • Managing all office personnel including work timetable, the hiring of new employees, monitoring the quality of work of employees, reporting, recommendations for new hires or terminations, handling employees requests and complaints.. etc
  • Ensuring quality control of call centre: Call monitoring, ensuring script adherence, scoring of call centre agents.. etc
  • Ensure quality of customer service by monitoring front desk personnel.
  • Supervise the filing system, implement new systems that minimize error. (requires some computer experience)
  • Problem-solving: handling complaints of customers, contacting suppliers and maintenance in case of equipment failure
  • Ensuring the smooth flow of the work process.
  • Our office is a small physician office, yet it runs on high-quality control standards that are not usually implemented in small offices in Egypt. Good work is highly appreciated in our office.

Job Requirements

  • Good computer skills. (Work, excel.. just the usual)
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to have flexible working hours.
