Job Description
- Journals contain details of the bank’s financial transactions
- Pull entries from journals and post them to subsidiary and general ledgers.
- Preparing the cash status reports of the bank periodically.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual financial statement of the bank.
- Maintain various documents and forms like income statement for, expense statements, cash flow statements and balance sheets.
- Communicate from time to time with the banks' management pertaining to the company’s financial status.
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to finance system.
- Respond to email messages for employees seeking help
- Create and review the controls needed for data accumulation and reporting systems.
- Construct data accumulation systems for a financial accounting system.
- Following up the external shipments till it reaches to our warehouses.
- Recording cost information for use in controlling expenditures
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. of Commerce
- Very good written and spoken English
- Familiar with Financial system
