In charge of the reception area look and feel (including tidiness, cleanliness, music, presentation etc.)
In charge of patient and doctor flow (need to know where clients are at all times)
Point of Contact between patient and doctor
In charge of bookings/patient scheduling
In charge of patient payment – this includes creating the invoices for the patients
In charge of providing any data analysis to help the marketing team target clients/promote services better

Data Entry (as well as making sure that everything is always up to date in the system.)
A full handover from shift to shift must be written and sent on the whatsapp group. It is one Coordinators responsibility in every shift to make sure this is complete. Alternate in who shall send the handover, however every single coordinator must be fully informed at all times.
Handle Doctor Schedules. Each department is split among the coordinators; it is the coordinators responsibility to make sure that the doctor has received their schedule the evening before and that the schedule is organized as per the doctor’s preference. If there is any mix up in another coordinator making a booking for the doctor it is still the coordinator in charge of that department’s responsibility to fix this before the doctor receives it.
Following up with patients post surgery as well as on a bi-weekly basis following up with
Patients that have not booked an appointment to return.
