Job Description
- Develop a company maintenance program, and perform the electrical and mechanical related preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for the plant equipment in compliance with the that program
- Coordinate scheduling of all routine maintenance works and ensure that all works is completed in a timely manner and support agreed on schedules.
- Diagnose the electrical and mechanical problems, lead troubleshooting process; replace or repair parts, test and make an adjustment, when required.
- Following up the availability of required electrical spare parts, tools and consumables.
- Contribute in the cost-saving target in spare parts.
- Develop and implement and protective maintenance program.
- Develop written maintenance procedures.
- Provide accurate data for the failure rate through identifying the current capability by tracking key line/equipment stoppages
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in engineering from a recognized university preferred electrical engineering.
- 4-5 Years working experience
- Knowledge of Low Voltage power distribution and control panels (PLC, SCADA)
