Job Description
SUMMARY
- The business assistant is responsible for managing the flow of communication through the office, handling basic accounting tasks, managing the purchase and distribution of supplies, maintaining equipment, and coordinating the use of office space for meetings and other events.
Responsibilities and duties
- Ensuring all private and personal events are kept up to date
- Maintaining calendar and email management
- Arranging /organizing meetings with staff
- General Emails/Administration
- Ability to plan and organize work to undertake a diverse range of tasks. Support the various business events.
- Good IT skills, including a knowledge of Microsoft products or equivalent
- Experience of working in an administration environment
Job Requirements
- Experience in Administrative.
- Have previously worked in a similar role
- Have experience working to tight deadlines and remaining calm under pressure
- Be flexible in their approach to timings and tasks
- Be able to speak to people at all levels confidently
- Understand the importance of confidentiality
