Job Description

  • Providing admin assistance to the managing director in the daily tasks including Maintaining the calendar of appointments and meetings and handling an operational task
  • Maintaining an updated filing system for the company
  • Translating different documents for the managing director and top management
  • Handling travel arrangements and visitors visits.
  • Organizing board members meetings.
  • Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Organize office operations and procedures.
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
  • Provide general support to visitors and staff if needed.

Job Requirements

  • BA in Business Administration or any related Field.
  • Min 2 years in the same position.
