  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes in the form of PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) and then drive it up to Product Launch.
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
  • Work closely with engineering/designing teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and utilizing optimal resources.
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
  • Do online/offline research, analyze Analytics data and gather verbal inputs from cross-functional teams to determine/predict the next set of Product items.
  • Lead profitable growth of our products, with both B2C and B2B responsibility.
  • You will own the P&L and have budget accountability for different products, coupled with business development responsibilities.
  • You will create a business plan for the growth of the ceramic, Porcelain and other products, by incorporating clear market needs and matching that to our existing capabilities, as well as identifying requirements for future investment, whether in skills or products.
  • As the customer-facing technical expert in ceramics and other products, this role requires the creation of solutions for customers that have applications for our products and processes. These will be primarily in the design, fittings, transportation and other solutions.
  • Demonstrate abilities and ownership of launching new product ranges.
  • The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for the creation and implementation of the annual Product Strategy and Business Plan across the country. Collaboration with Sales and Marketing as well as Commercial / Project Management teams.
  • The Product Manager is responsible for pricing, positioning and channel distribution through the life of the product from launch to delivery monitoring both the market trends and internal forecasting.
  • Using your product marketing skills in the development and execution of effective product plans, You’ll co-ordinate company and channel requirements to maximize sales opportunities consistently throughout the year.
  • You’ll understand and appreciate the dynamics of product category and wider markets, to interpret trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Liaison with Marketing team to produce materials and training to support product launch, ranging and sell through.
  • You’ll need to understand market segmentation and customer audiences to align product strategy.
  • You’ll provide technical assistance with product positioning for budget and planning purposes.

Job Requirements

  • 4-year degree in Business Administration
  • 5 years product management and marketing experience in similar industry.
  • 5 years of project management experience in product management including creating and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Product management certifications.
  • Excellent commercial background possess and strong commercial acumen.
  • Totally proficient in the use of software application packages, including email, spreadsheets (project planning), word processing, digital imaging and presentation software.
  • Must have had previous product marketing experience and proven skills in owning and implementing product marketing plans.
