Job Description
- Develops human resources policies and procedures related to training, staff motivation and retention, and recruitment processes, and other related Human Resources issues.
- Develop recruitment strategy
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
- Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes.
- Plan new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
- Working as business coach for top management in which related to performance management, such as re-structuring the organization's department, conducting job analysis in order to determine both the job description& job specification.
- Set, implement, and follow all company’s HR policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Strong PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel ,word and Power point )
- Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills.
- High Skills of Interviewing, Phone screening, Judging, People, Recruiting.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Aptitude to recruit for a wide range of positions.
- Capability to handle challenging issues in a diverse and dynamic environment.
- Preferable fashion retail experience.
- Human Resources Management Diploma / Certificate.
- Fluency English Language (Written and spoken).
