Job Description

  • Responsible for the planning and preparation of sales executive programs that ultimately serve the main objectives of the organization, prepare and send all required reports
  • Ensure that work is in accordance with established sales plans and reach the sales volume required in accordance with the company's plans and objectives
  • Monitoring and evaluating sales’ activities, including identifying sales areas, salesmen's routes, sales quotas, receiving reports of sales activities, evaluating the results reached and taking appropriate corrective measures to improve the Sales’ Team performance
  • Supervise the follow-up and training of the staff, to facilitate the sales process and evaluate the performance of the team
  • Dealing with complaints that may arise and working on resolving it and notify the direct manager of any problems facing him to achieve the objectives
  • Guide sales staff to create their own database and improve positive relations with customers to nominate new memberships

Job Requirements

  • Any relevant Bachelor degree.
  • 5 year of Experience in the same field
  • Excellent English language (Speaking\ writing).
