Job Description
- Apply all rules and implement company policies.
- Responsible for following up on the progress of employees and recommending improvements.
- Help in making payroll sheets for employees and sending them monthly to the financial department.
- Lead HR compensations, benefits, rewards, health, etc.
- Responsible for planning and organizing employee records and updating them.
- Being able to work in all governmental sectors and finishing all papers needed.
- Advise a list of procedures for hiring and training employees to meet the goal of the company.
- Implement internal communication projects to increase employees’ creativity and job satisfaction
- Responsible for keeping all company employee information confidential.
- Implementing all the work provided by HR Manager
- Report to HR Manager and analyze employee data regularly.
Job Requirements
- Males only
- HR certificate is a must.
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
- Experience in food & beverage, hospitality or restaurants management (Pastry experience is an added value).
- Strong experience in mass-hiring and OD .
- Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to set priorities, plan and coordinate activities
- Excellent computer skills in Word, Visio, Excel, and Outlook
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
