Job Description
At VOO , the Account manager builds a solid connection between VOO merchants accounts and the courier companies.
Act as a Account Manager of his/her accounts & Make sure that the account KPIs are met
This role is strictly for someone who has great management skills, attention to details, has a down to earth personality, and has great interpersonal skills, organized, self assured and more importantly, self motivated.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a Account Manager of his/her accounts.
- Make sure that the account KPIs are met.
- Monitor and manage VOO’s fleet of courier companies and partners.
- Manage his/her accounts complaints, issues and pinpoint areas of development
- Take part in Courier on-boarding, training, incentives and other courier related activities
- Analysis and product/operation process improvement
- Working closely with team members (including tech) to make sure the VOO model is efficient, rewarding and well-received among couriers, partners and clients.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of management experience ( preferably in logistics and couriers companies )
- Bachelor degree (no specific field required)
- Startup-related mentality (Expect the unexpected and roll with it)
- Strong organizational skills
- Great Analytical Skills
- Communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to meet targets efficiently
