Job Description
- Act as the primary point of contact to the customer, selling Services across business unit (Sea freight,Airfreight, overland) with a specific focus on the sea freight business unt.
- closely cooperates with operations to develop and apply specialized knowledge relative to the sea freight and trade lane
- Develop Spot and regular opportunities with existing and new customers
- Customer retention engagement on assigned account portfolio
- Preparing and Conducting customer visits, calls presentations, negotiation & contracts.
- Liaising with operations on pricing/RFQ preparation
- Input & timely update of Sales activities utilizing internal systems
- Ensures proper transitioning of the customer to operations in line with customer requirements
Job Requirements
- The ideal candidate has a college degree and a professional certification, masters degree is a plus
- Previous Experience in freight forwarding is necessary
- International Exposure on a similar role with leadership experience is a plus
- Fluent written and spoken communication in English & Arabic
- Strong customer focus & good time management.
