Job Description

  • Plan, define and implement website changes and functional improvements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators on the website and develop plans to improve them.
  • Responsible for processing orders and tracking deliveries.
  • Editing and maintain online shopping web site for retail sales direct to consumers.
  • Generate and update website content (products, content, and promotions).
  • Maintain and update the online marketing plan for the website.
  • Work with agencies to build traffic & sales via the website.
  • Gathering and using demographic data through web contacts and social media.
  • Regularly working with web host and web designer, updating the homepage and master navigation to incorporate engaging content.
  • Managing and resolving any customer issues via social media, email and telephone.
  • Engaging in retail for launching new products and services.
  • Managing external e-commerce platforms.
  • Providing an online marketplace, which process third-party business-to-consumer or consumer-to-consumer sales.
  • Business-to-business buying and selling and electronic data interchange.
  • Marketing to prospective and established customers by e-mail or Social Media.

Job Requirements
