You will be responsible for:
- Helping web hosting customers who are experiencing problems with their accounts (CPanel and Plesk).
- Managing Web hosting customers via WHMCS.
- Helping customers with setting up and using WordPress CMS.
- Managing monthly technical website updates.
Job Requirements
- WordPress knowledge is a must
- Basic HTML/CSS Knowledge is required.
- General Hosting & DNS Knowledge is required.
