Job Description

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and Hardware.
  • Maintain and support systems, workstations, mobile devices, printers and peripherals
  • Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
  • Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
  • Closed 95% of trouble tickets on the first call without escalation within our agreed SLA.
  • Respond to the email messages for users seeking help.
  • Drive the users through problem-solving process.
  • Printer support ( Canon and HP )
  • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
  • Follow up with users to ensure that the issue has been resolved.
