Job Description
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and Hardware.
- Maintain and support systems, workstations, mobile devices, printers and peripherals
- Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
- Closed 95% of trouble tickets on the first call without escalation within our agreed SLA.
- Respond to the email messages for users seeking help.
- Drive the users through problem-solving process.
- Printer support ( Canon and HP )
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
- Follow up with users to ensure that the issue has been resolved.
