Job Description
- Strong understanding of Odoo API, concepts and standards
- Strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility general web functions and standards.
- Deep expertise and hands on experience with web applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and API’s.
- Deep functional knowledge or hands on design experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc.) is needed to be successful in this position.
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using the best software development practices.
- Create site layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices.
- Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
- Create and maintain software documentation.
- Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling the websites.
- Maintain constant communication with colleagues.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience in Odoo.
- 2+ years of proven experience in web programming.
- BS in computer science or a related field.
- Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HMTL/CSS.
- Strong knowledge with the following programming languages: PHP, Python, JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of relational database systems: MySQL and PostgreSQL
- Strong knowledge with Git
- A solid understanding of how web applications work including session management, and the best development practices.
- Strong knowledge, Object Oriented Programming, and web application development.
- Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process.
- Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen.
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
- Strong grasp of security principles and how they apply to E-Commerce applications and ERP implementations.
- Experience in planning and delivering software platforms used across multiple products and organizational units.
