About the Job


  • Day-to-day operation with creative, design and digital media agencies
  • Develop a full comprehension of brand and communication strategy
  • Development of the communication strategy along with the marketing manager
  • Translating brand and communication strategy into actual compelling communication
  • Judging and giving directions for improvement on creative ideas
  • Strong understanding of branding elements and fundamentals
  • Previous experience in managing and launching communication campaigns on social media
  • Supervises & follows up on social & digital media partner agency moderation
  • Reports on the performance of the campaigns quantitatively and qualitatively

Offline & On ground:

  • Coordinates the design and production of other offline communication material (Catalogues – brochures – flyers – banners – outdoors – internal branding)
  • Plan, manage and execute Proper Move events and roadshows
  • Ensure company’s presence in key Real Estate exhibitions with needed visibility and visual materials
  • Develop in-depth understanding of company’s key target segment and best ways to reach them to ensure success of company’s activations
  • Search, select and assign third party suppliers for production requirements
  • Good knowledge and smart usage of social media as a tool to promote the company’s on-ground activities
  • Efficiently manage activations budget for maximum exposure and ROI
  • Develop a comprehensive tool-kit and check-list per type of on ground activity
  • Assign KPIs and conduct full evaluation for completed activations
Job Requirements

This Position is required for a real estate marketing and consultancy company. partner with the best real estate developers in the market, advertise and market their projects through our innovative channels. partners with the best and targets the elitist of all real estate shoppers in Egypt

  • BA in Marketing, Integrated Marketing or Business administration (Preferably AUC, GUC or MSA graduate)
  • Experience from 3 – 4 years Specific in a Digital media agency or handling a digital agency at the client side plus handling events and on ground activities
  • Fluency in English & Arabic (Spoken and written)
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Proficient use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good with numbers
  • Presentable
  • Firm, confident and outgoing personality
