Job Description
Our client is one of the biggest Real Estate Developers in Egypt and they're looking for a Business Analyst (Market Analyst).
Brief:-
- Real Estate Market and Competition analysis.
- Pricing Analysis.
- Gathering & analyzing data from different departments (such as Marketing, Sales, Contact Center, Financial ...etc.)
- Prepare quarterly reports illustrating the progress of the projects and investments performance analyses for business decision making.
- More technical details to be provided later.
Job Requirements
- 6 Months or more of experience in Business/Data Analysis or Market Research.
- Excellent English language is a must.
- Excellent with gathering and analyzing data.
- Familiar with systems (preferably ERP)
