Job Description

This position is to support results-based management, through monitoring of projects’ and operations’ activities implemented by the Foundation to achieve the intended impact, and evaluation of outcomes, which provides the Strategic Management Team with necessary and accurate info for decision-making.
- Indicator setting and establishing the reporting mechanism throughout the program, in collaboration with projects’ and operation managers.
- Data collection, verification, analysis, and reporting.
- Provision of technical support to the staff on implementing M&E plan and logical framework.
- Tracking the projects’ and operations’ outcomes through close coordination with implementing teams.
- Deviation detection and investigation in collaboration with the head of concerned department.
- Revising field level assessment reports, baseline studies and evaluation reports.
- Ensuring that reports from/to partners/consultants are complete and meet the quality requirements.
- Designing the assessment tools, and participating in needs assessment when required.
- Undertaking the quality measures of project's implementing strategies and approaches, and maintaining well-established comprehensive documentation system.
- Presenting the data, analysis, and findings periodically.
Job Requirements
Qualification:
- Bachler degree in the health-related field, with minimum work experience of 3 years working in monitoring and evaluation.
- Previous work in humanitarian, development projects, and /or NGOs is highly preferred
- Postgraduate certificate/ courses in M&E or quality are added value.
Skills:
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills
- experienced in data analysis software
