Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare tracking spreadsheets monitoring escrow accounts movements/behavior on a daily basis
- Daily Reporting Escrow account balances aging/fluctuation.
- Monitor inventory consumptions, ordering, and adjustments and validate inventory daily closing balances and report any variance.
- Monitor Acquiring banks debit balances settlement. Report any discrepancy
- Monitor/ validate customer service providers (CSP’s) debit balances and report any variance
- Validate customer applied fees and merchant fees on daily basis.
- Validate revenue recognition and allocation on bill type codes and sectors.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- S. Commerce/Accounting Major preferred English Dept.
- 2-4 years Experienced accounting functions in a dynamic organization in the Retail field.
- Eager to learn and grow in the fast-growing organization.
- Organized
- Advanced MS Excel professional user (Super User)
- Ability to deal with huge data volumes.
- Professional MS Access User
